Ninja Warrior was filmed in Homebush, Sydney. The set was built outdoors in February and utlised truss-framed, timber and vinyl-lined pools of various sizes. With 24 small pools scattered around the site, we had to design portable filtration systems that could both manage filtration and cleaning of the pools by a team of two people, on-site every day.
Being outdoors, the pools required daily cleaning, testing, and balancing to ensure they were ready for the Ninja Warrior competition, which was filmed overnight.
